We accept your booking after you sign the form accepting our Terms and conditions. The team even share an email with you telling you all about “Ayatri Holidays” terms and conditions entailing privacy policy. Money Deposit
“Ayatri Holidays” want a deposit of 30% of the tour cost per person. The rest of the amount you can pay before you check in at your destination hotel. Pay the 30% amount after understanding everything about our packages and signing the form of Terms and conditions. Also, “Ayatri Holidays” will decide the exact advance amount, based on the services you want from us. During the peak season or any special festival, full advance payment is required.
Tour Cancellation
In case you want to cancel your trip for any reason you need to inform us and all things should be made in writing. Related to cancellation charges-
We deduct the 10% from your amount if you cancel the tour 30 days prior
We deduct 50% from your amount if you cancel the tour 07 days prior
There is a 100% cancellation charge from your amount when you do not inform us.
Ayatri holidays accept payment via NEFT, IMPS payment method, RTGS, and UPI. If you have any issues or want to share any complaint related to our services you can contact our support team. They will communicate with you in real time.
Hotel check-in/check out
Everyone knows the standard timing of hotel check-in and checkout and that is 12:00 hrs (IST). In any tour package of the Ayatri Holidays, we have not added an early check-in. We can discuss with the hotel staff for an early check as it totally depends on the hotel policy so we need to follow that too. Ayatri Holidays make sure you never face any hurdles but nevertheless if you have any query our Tour manager will resolve it. Also, there are no extra charges for vehicles. It is already included in our travel packages.
Security
For your online transactions and communication, Ayatri Holidays is using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. There is better security in whichever package you choose for your tour. It will start automatically when you submit any info to our website.
Liability
We have NO LIABILITY for any act, omission, related to airlines, no liability of car rental operators, and tour operators. Also, no liability for hoteliers, and third-party suppliers. Ayatri Holidays has no liability for any kind of loss or damage. But we reserve the right to modify itineraries and bookings or even the right to cancel them.
